Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bmw3 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the bmw3 website and associated services available at bmw3.io and any related subdomains or mobile interfaces.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise using any service offered by bmw3, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the bmw3 platform.

bmw3 provides an online betting and gaming platform offering sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games, slots, crash games, and other entertainment products. All services are provided in English and are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳) for players accessing the platform from Bangladesh.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on bmw3, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bmw3 strictly enforces a 21+ policy and does not permit access to its services by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, trusts, or entities may not register accounts.
• You must not be acting as an agent on behalf of another person or entity for the purposes of placing bets or operating games.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of bmw3 or any related entity, nor a family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously had a bmw3 account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.

bmw3 does not warrant that use of the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to verify that accessing and using bmw3 is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. bmw3 accepts no liability for any breach of local laws by the Player.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on bmw3. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

bmw3 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering principles. You may be asked to provide verification documents including, but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account displaying your registered mobile number)

bmw3 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bmw3 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must contact bmw3 support immediately at [email protected].

4 Deposits & Payments

bmw3 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other local bank transfers may be available depending on availability at the time of transaction.

4.1 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified within your account dashboard and may vary depending on the payment method selected. bmw3 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice. Players may also set their own deposit limits via the responsible gaming tools available in account settings.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bmw3 balance within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take longer depending on your card issuer. bmw3 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on bmw3 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If your payment provider converts funds from a foreign currency, any applicable exchange rate fees are the sole responsibility of the Player.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of cleared, verified funds from their bmw3 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible.

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible for withdrawal, the Player must have completed KYC verification as described in Section 3.2. bmw3 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, regardless of the amount requested.

5.2 Processing Times

bmw3 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to verification requirements. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed faster than bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional review is required.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard. bmw3 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments where operationally necessary, with each instalment processed within a reasonable timeframe.

5.4 Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. The outstanding wagering requirement is displayed in real time within your account bonus section.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bmw3 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register an account and make a qualifying first deposit on bmw3 may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to wagering requirements and minimum odds conditions as specified in the promotional details published on the bmw3 website at the time of the offer.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise stated.
• bmw3 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any bonus claimed through fraudulent means, including use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited and the account suspended.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• bmw3 reserves the right to request additional verification before crediting or releasing bonus funds.

6.3 Seasonal Promotions

bmw3 may run seasonal or event-specific promotions tied to cricket tournaments such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup, or to cultural events observed in Bangladesh including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16). Each promotion carries its own terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page within the bmw3 platform.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted on the bmw3 platform, including pre-match and live in-play markets across cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey, and all other sports offered.

7.1 Bet Placement

All bets are final once confirmed by the bmw3 system. It is your responsibility to verify bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming any wager. bmw3 will not accept requests to void or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except in circumstances described in Section 7.3.

7.2 Odds

Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. bmw3 offers decimal odds as the default format. Players may not have a contractual right to odds that were displayed prior to confirmation.

7.3 Void Bets

bmw3 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: event cancellation; incorrect odds resulting from a technical error; settlement error; match abandonment where no result is possible; or where there is evidence of match-fixing or manipulation affecting the relevant event.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant market on the bmw3 betting interface. bmw3 will not be liable to pay out amounts exceeding the stated maximum, regardless of the theoretical return on a given bet.

8 Casino Games

bmw3 offers casino games including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and table games provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider, which are accessible within each game interface.

8.1 Random Number Generation

All RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, and crash games) use certified random number generation technology that has been independently reviewed for fairness. bmw3 does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are determined entirely by the RNG system at the moment of each game round.

8.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a casino game session, bmw3 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the Player's stake. bmw3 will not be liable for any losses or expected winnings arising from a game malfunction. "Malfunction voids all pays" is a principle applied across all bmw3 casino game categories.

8.3 Disconnection Policy

If a Player is disconnected from a live casino game or a bet is placed but the result is not displayed due to a connection failure, the bet will be settled based on the actual game outcome recorded by the game server. bmw3 is not responsible for connectivity issues on the Player's side.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bmw3. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that abuse the bmw3 bonus or promotion system
• Colluding with other players, bmw3 employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity
• Providing false identity information or submitting fraudulent verification documents
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening bmw3 staff or other players
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by law, while misrepresenting your location
• Attempting to hack, compromise, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the bmw3 infrastructure

10 Suspension & Termination

bmw3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bmw3 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms
• The Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 9
• The Player has provided false or misleading information
• The account is being used in a manner inconsistent with responsible gaming principles
• Continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to bmw3

Upon permanent account closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal eligibility) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any outstanding obligations owed to bmw3.

Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bmw3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity.

bmw3's total cumulative liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bmw3 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of services.

12 Responsible Gaming

bmw3 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the account settings panel after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your bmw3 account.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions to manage time spent on the platform.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period before the platform restricts further play.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen notifications at regular intervals reminding you of time spent gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform if you feel gambling is negatively impacting your life.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from the platform for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) without fully closing your account.

13 Privacy & Data

bmw3 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at bmw3.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

bmw3 uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. Account passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing and are not accessible in plain text by bmw3 staff. bmw3 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

14 Amendments

bmw3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bmw3 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The current version of these Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date clearly stated.

Your continued use of the bmw3 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.
